“Secrets Papagayo aims for high-end adult exclusivity on Costa Rica's Pacific coast. However, reports suggest it falls short of true luxury, despite its appealing all-inclusive concept and beachfront locale. In my view, while visually attractive, potential guests should carefully consider whether the promise matches the delivered experience.”
